Yoga & Pilates Classes at Green Tara College

Thursday nights Classes -start 18th September
Pilates/Yogalates: 6.30 to 7.30.
The Pilates class will be Yogalates focusing on postural correction and strengthening the core muscles as a normal Pilates class with the addition of breathing, gentle yoga poses and short meditation.
Regular Yoga Class Thursdays: 7.30 to 9pm

Rejuvenation Yoga

Rejuvenation YOGA is a form of HATHA YOGA focusing in uniting the mind, spirit and body by clearing and releasing tension in the body while working with the energetic body and balancing the Chakra system.

The classes consists of a sequence of asanas (Exercises) followed by pranayama (breathing) and Awaken Meditation, finishing with a blissful "Letting go" exercise.

Rejuvenation Yoga classes are taught  by both (2) teachers, representing in this way the opposite forces, Ying and Yang, Female and Male, for the purpose of healing physically, mentally and spiritually. Classes are kind and soft, strong and energetic - finishing with a regenerative sense of releasing and letting go. The physical focus will be to strengthen the core and deep muscles while stretching and correcting postural alignments.

Rejuvenation Pilates

REJUVENATION PILATES is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed over 90 years ago by Joseph Pilates. The Pilates philosophy focuses on training the mind and body to work together toward the goal of overall fitness. He called his method "the art of contrology " or muscle control, to highlight his unique approach of using the mind to master the muscles.

REJUVENATION PILATES incorporates to the work of Pilates, the art of yoga and relaxation while regenerating the energetic body. The physical focus will strengthen the core and deep muscles while stretching and correcting postural alignments. About the Teachers

Christelle Gilles is a mum, a Holistic Therapist I.T.E.C from the prestigious Green Tara College Navan and a Yoga Teacher from YTTC in Dublin, and also a Pre-school/Montessori Teacher & French teacher.

Before qualifying as a Holistic Therapist and Yoga teacher, Christelle worked for almost 10 years in the Corporate World as a Personal Assistant both in Paris and Dublin so she is very familiar with the pressures of working in a stressful environment having to meet constant deadlines together with the stress of a daily commute, which so many people do these days. After completing a series of childcare trainings she opened her own childcare service in 2007 so she understands people who try to balance family and work life.

Christelle's interest in Holistic Therapies & Yoga developed when she reached the conclusion that she needed to make significant changes to her own life in order to achieve a better life balance.

Christelle is a Reiki Master, a qualified  ITEC holistic massage therapist and Reflexologist. She also studied energy healing through Quantum Healing, Energy management and Shamanic studies. She also gives guidance readings through Tarot. Holistic therapies and Yoga can be very effective in treating stress and stress-related conditions and can thereby help patients to find the key to a less pressurised lifestyle.

Christelle has a positive holistic approach to life and this comes through her teachings and her classes.

Paulo Dias is a father, and a teacher, delivering Fetac level 5 in sports with young school leavers for the last 8 years and has been working within the fitness industry, in Ireland for the past 12 years, as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, fitness manager and free lancer. He always had an holistic approach in his teaching style and got involved with Yoga and the Pilates method around 2004.
Paulo got his first qualification in the Pilates method with the international recognised school "Body Firm" in Dublin in 2006, followed by a more recent specialization in "Pilates and Postural correction" with an A1 honours awarded by the university of Limerick through the "NCEF". Paulo is also an Yoga teacher awarded by the YTTC school Dublin, teaching Hatha Yoga. He also done an introductory course with the Asthanga college Dublin and has experience with Sivananda Yoga as well.

Paulo loves outdoor sports and activities and has been involved in surfing  for the last 25 years and finds the west of Ireland beautiful and calming, wild and powerful. Paulo's interest in self development and spirituality got him to study and be qualified in Quantum Healing and later in Energy management and Shamanic studies under the prestigious "Green Tara college" in Navan, County Meath.

Paulo has a positive holistic approach to life and this comes through his teachings and his classes.
